Play Day!

DSC01146 Our court date was yesterday and the family we have been traveling with is in court today. So that means we have a free day to explore Cheboksary and just have some fun! Our gracious host (Peter the Great) was kind enough to drive us all around the city and show us many of the sites of interest. As you can see from the pictures, the snow continued which made for an even more christmas card like setting. The girls had a great time too since we don’t get this stuff in Texas much. Of course, there were also temperatures to match. I believe it was around 10-15F. But it was still such a treat that we really didn’t mind much as long as the warmth of the car was nearby.
