Starting him out right

It didn’t take him too long to warm up to us. I think he has a thing for technical gadgetry (just like his Papa). He was mesmerized by the computer (a Mac of course) and he had our digital camera mastered in practically no time at all. In this picture we were supposed to be looking at pictures of the family and other people and places from back home. However, Sasha seem to be much more focussed on how simple the OS X interface was and on more than one occasion he sated that “it just works!”… Ok, maybe my Russian still isn’t quite up to par but at least I think that’s what he was saying… But seriously, he did seem to be more interested in the computer itself and how I was able to make it do things than he was with all the pictures we brought to show him…

At any rate, it really didn’t take any time at all for him to capture my heart. I still can’t believe he’s not even 5 yet. He’s one amazing little boy.
